RETURNS POLICY

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Country-Specific Returns Information: 

  • We offer FREE returns to the following countries;

    • United Kingdom, United States, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand and Canada. If your country is NOT listed here you will be responsible for the cost of your return.

  • Products must be returned within 90 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached (if your item had tags when you received it). As part of our sustainability efforts, we are removing the tags from all new products so don't be alarmed if you receive an item with no tags on.

  • Women’s swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is still intact.

  • Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • We only offer refunds to the original payment method used to make the order.

  • Exchanges are not part of our returns policy.

  • Returns registered separately cannot be returned as one, even if they are from the same order. Combining registered returns will slow down the refund process!

  • Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned our way (that’s not a SWAN item) will be the responsibility of the sender, not SWAN. We’ll always do our very best to help out, but unfortunately can’t make any promises!

 

TO MAKE A RETURN

  • Send a message with the subject "RETURN"

  • In the body of the message please include your ORDER NUMBER, e.g #RW812338

  • You must also state your reason for your return.

    • Clothing that does not fit or is visibly damaged, or has any other obvious defect will be refunded 100%. Returns for items that do not meet this description will not be accepted. If an item does not fit, as part of our sustainability policy we urge the customer to donate the item to a nearby thrift store rather than shipping it back, doing this will not impact your refund amount. 

    • If the item is a large ticket item, please include documentation of the condition of the item. Large items which arrive visibly damage will receive a 100% refund. Large items without defects will not be eligible for a full refund, and a parital refund is negotiable of up to 80%. ​

 

POP-UP STORES RETURNS POLICY

Products purchased from a Gymshark event will be refunded with store credit in the full amount. We don’t provide cash refunds for products purchased at events. If you wish to return something from a pop-up store please contact Customer Support.
